We has an exceptionally great time at the museum today! THANK YOU to everyone who came out to see our youngest learners share their knowledge with the ones they love most! A TON of work went into these projects that that represent all of the learning throughout our animal unit, as well as Kindergarten's American Symbols unit. Our students researched online, read, observed animal webcams, wrote, illustrated and practiced their speaking skills in preparation for today's culminating project. They ROCKED IT----and I am SO incredibly proud of them!!
Thank you for helping with the costume part at home. I am always impressed with how much time, thought, and energy goes into helping your child with this aspect of the project! It really bridges home and school connections, and this is a day your child will remember for a long time! It is evident how much you care and value education, and I am so honored that I get to be a part of your child's education! THANK YOU!!!!!
Game day was a huge hit!!! Thank you to Ashton, Abrielle, Izzy, Elijah, Annika, and Rex for allowing us to borrow your games. They were a huge hit, and super fun!! What a great way to take a break after the Talking Zoo!
We also enjoyed our extra recess and pizza party from our color run reward!! Thank you, Mrs. Paulen!!!

First grade is a WILD bunch!!!!
