First Grade Market!

The First Grade Market was a HUGE success!! Thank you so much for coming to shop today, and support our students as they took their classroom learning about goods/services, producers/consumers and put it into action today! Our first graders had a TON OF FUN, and there were so many smiles from everyone who came to shop. We are not quite sure who had more fun----the parents, the teachers, or the kids?! It is safe to say that a great time was had by all! We had 56 people sign in. What a great turn out!

After the market, first grade students were able to come back to the classrooms and spend their hard earned "money" at Mrs. Powell and Mrs. Quist's stores! We had books and all sorts and items for the the students to purchase. Please take a look at all of the photos today, and know how appreciative we are of every parent, grandparent, family member, staff member, and student for helping make our learning come to life beyond our classroom walls! This is what it is all about, and this is where the the most memorable learning takes place. Mrs. Quist and I are so thankful for all of you. It truly takes a village and we sure have an amazing village at Forest View!
